The tradition that finds new life. A highly drinkable wine, favoured by the low alcohol content and by the typical lightness of this great historic grape variety from the Verona area, now rediscovered and revived in its original, unfiltered version. To the eyes, it shows fine and persistent perlage. Lots of white, fragrant fruit on the nose with a good clean sensation. The same happens to the palate, with the addition of citrusy notes. For a complete appreciation it is advisable to shake the bottom before opening.
